What you’ll be doing:

+ Provide regular feedback and coaching to maintain a high standard of writing and creative excellence.
+ Quality Assurance & Compliance
+ Enforce brand guidelines, style standards, and compliance requirements across all content formats.
+ Conduct thorough reviews for grammar, factual correctness, SEO alignment, and overall readability.

+ Lead the development of reusable AI prompt templates and custom GPTs for client content generation—ensuring each one captures tone, terminology, formatting, and preferred calls-to-action.
+ Build and maintain a prompt library for consistent and strategic use of AI among the writing team. Standardize content types (e.g., blogs, city pages, product/service pages) through structured templates that pair with each GPT for faster, on-brand creation.
+ Test AI-generated copy against human content through A/B experimentation in collaboration with SEO and Paid Media teams.

+ Ability to craft effective prompts, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and refine with human editing for brand voice and quality.
+ Understanding of fine-tuning workflows, system instructions, or structured inputs for consistent, brand-aligned AI content output.
+ Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow) and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana).

+ Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas, feedback, and performance metrics to cross-functional teams and leadership.
+ Experience in the home services or contractor industries (preferred but not required).
Superpowers:
Team Commitment. You know that moment in the Hunger Games where Katnis Everdeen shoots President Coin instead of President Snow and everyone’s head exploded? That is because she knew what was best for Panem and she was so committed she made the larger, harder decision. That is the level of commitment we need. Minus the killing of course!
Ownership. We need someone who embodies this value and can figure things out and move quickly. If you need direction and someone to hold your hand, this job is not for you.
