• Electromagnetic Warfare Analyst / SME

    Job Descriptions:

    Supports Space Operations Command's (SpOC) Space Control Division, Electromagnetic Warfare Branch, as a contract staff member responsible for Operations Integration of Electromagnetic Warfare capabilities.

    PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Provide SME review and coordinate with HQ SpOC internal and external agencies regarding concepts of operations and Operational Integration issues regarding optimization of EW systems, operational acceptance, fielding, deployment, exercises, testing, and security in support of EW missions.

    + Support to EW capability delivery by providing detailed analysis, courses of action, and recommendations on doctrine, organizational structure, training requirements, materiel solutions, leadership, personnel, facility needs, and other requirements necessary to transition program office capabilities into operations.

    + Provide command level force generation, presentation, employment, and sustainment support to operations units.

    + Draft systems concepts in support of operations deliveries.

    + Assist SpOC weapon system leads in the development of General Officer-level briefings that relay status of critical Combatant Command capability deliveries.

    + Coordinate with program offices, operations units, requirements offices, mission partners, and other associated organizations to assist in delivery of Electronic Warfare systems.

    + Comprehensive experience in operating and providing support for the DoD in the Space Electromagnetic Warfare mission set

    Required Experience:

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 10+ years space operations experience including 6+ years MAJCOM headquarters experience; experience working in classified (SAP/SAR) space environment; experience with AF and USSF instruction documents and supplements, using USSF tool sets (e.g., TMT and MS Office Suite); comprehension of preparation, development, review, and coordination processes with documents and deliverables across all security levels (Unclassified, Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR).

     

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA/BS desired

    SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be TS/SCI (SAP/SAR eligible day 1)

    In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $125,00.00 to $135,,000.00; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
