Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate - 1st Shift

**Location:** Birmingham, AL

**Pay Range:** $16.50 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM

What's the Job?

+ Perform weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department.

+ Ensure the highest quality product is produced at the lowest possible cost.

+ Set up and start weigh-up or packaging machinery while adhering to safety procedures.

+ Process, batch off, screen, cut up, package, and/or skid material according to specifications.

+ Maintain departmental housekeeping standards and complete required documentation.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training & experience.

+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

+ Basic mathematical skills for measurements and conversions.

+ Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Strong communication skills to understand work instructions in a fast-paced environment.
