Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate - 3rd Shift

**Location:** Birmingham, AL

**Pay Range:** $16.50 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday 11:50PM - 7:50AM

What's the Job?

+ Perform weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department.

+ Ensure the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost while meeting customer specifications.

+ Set up and start weigh-up or packaging machinery, adhering to operating and safety procedures.

+ Safely process, package, and prepare materials according to customer specifications.

+ Maintain required paperwork and comply with all safety and work regulations.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience.

+ Work experience in an industrial operations environment preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

+ Basic mathematical skills for measurements and conversions.

+ Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
