What You-ll Do:

+ Work one-on-one with children with Autism using evidence-based ABA techniques.

+ Support clients in building independence and positive behaviors.

+ Collect and track data during sessions using a mobile device.

+ Foster a supportive, engaging, and compassionate learning environment.

+ Collaborate with families and our clinical team to support each child's progress.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.

+ Passion for helping children and families.

+ Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

+ Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (paid).

+ ABA experience preferred

You-ll Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In:

+ ABA therapy, behavioral health, or mental health services

+ Working with individuals with Autism

+ Education, early childhood development, or special education

+ Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship

+ After-school programs, camps, or teaching assistant roles

+ Caregiving roles (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA)

+ Supporting a neurodiverse friend or family member
