    Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain the department's database system to process customer orders and inquiries efficiently.

    • Utilize specialized system portals to research and manage customer requests, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

    • Handle order processing tasks, including sending quotes, confirming orders, and tracking delivery progress.

    • Build strong relationships with internal teams and factories to facilitate smooth handling of customer orders.

    • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Partner with team members to enhance workflows, resolve customer concerns, and improve overall processes.

    • Provide timely follow-ups to customers with outstanding requests, sharing updates and developments.

    • Address logistical challenges such as quality claims or missing shipments by collaborating with the Warehouse Manager.

    • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.

    • Prepare and utilize Excel reports to support operational needs. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, including call center or inbound/outbound call handling.

    • Proficiency in data entry and email correspondence.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

    • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and manage order entry processes.

    • Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries and providing updates.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

    • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.
