Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to work closely with healthcare facilities, assisting patients with financial and insurance-related needs. Responsibilities:

• Guide patients in applying for medical assistance programs to ensure they receive the support they need.

• Provide counseling to patients on medical bills, insurance coverage, and available financial resources.

• Collaborate effectively with social workers, physicians, nursing staff, and insurance providers to address patient needs.

• Regularly travel to client healthcare facilities, with mileage reimbursement provided.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the organization’s goals. Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active car insurance.

• Previous experience in healthcare facilities, insurance billing, Medicaid eligibility, or social work is highly desirable.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.

• Comfortable working in a hospital or healthcare environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• All candidates are required to complete background screening, a substance use screening, and a physical exam prior to starting.
