Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior VB.Net Developer to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical software modules to support business operations. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing system functionality and ensuring efficient solutions align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain key software modules, including underwriting, claims, billing, and entity management.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system enhancement requirements.

• Develop innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and enable automation.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical architecture, system design, development, and release processes.

• Enhance system performance by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Contribute to the development of policy forms, letter generation, and security features.

• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira and GitHub for bug tracking and version control.

• Participate in Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

• Implement and maintain APIs to support seamless data exchange between systems.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system capabilities. Requirements • Proficiency in VB.Net and ASP.NET with a strong background in backend development.

• Experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira and GitHub for project tracking and version control.

• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in software development.

• Familiarity with API development and integration for seamless data transfer.

• Knowledge of additional technologies, including Ajax and AB testing, is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Experience in developing secure and scalable solutions for business applications.
