Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will excel in handling inquiries, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Provide support through email correspondence to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Perform accurate data entry to manage customer information and order details.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to maintain effective communication with customers.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to compile reports and manage documentation.

• Process and track customer orders while ensuring timely and accurate order entry.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as part of customer service support.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and meet performance goals.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling customer interactions.

• Experience with email correspondence to address customer inquiries.

• Ability to manage tasks such as order entry and appointment scheduling.
