    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Financial Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of a leading construction/homebuilding company in beautiful Palm Springs. This role is an exciting opportunity to make an impactful difference by optimizing financial management practices and driving business success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee all accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

    + Manage job cost accounting specific to construction/homebuilding projects.

    + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and contribute to strategic decision-making.

    + Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights into financial performance.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.

    + Industry focus: Construction or Homebuilding experience strongly preferred.

    + Technical expertise: Proficiency in construction financial software and systems.

    + Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance practices.

    + Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

    + Degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA highly desired)

    + Background in Residential Construction
