Description We are looking for a skilled Trusts & Estates Attorney to join our team in Chevy Chase, Maryland. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel on estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with clients on complex legal issues and make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including drafting wills, trusts, and other legal documents.

• Handle probate and estate administration cases, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.

• Review, draft, and manage legal documents using document management systems.

• Collaborate with clients to address concerns and provide personalized legal solutions.

• Represent clients in court proceedings related to probate and estate matters.

• Stay updated on legal trends and changes in estate law to maintain high-quality service.

• Utilize case management software to track case progress and deadlines effectively.

• Prepare and present legal briefs and other documentation as required.

• Work closely with other legal professionals to ensure a seamless client experience. Requirements • A minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law, with a focus on estate planning and probate.

• Proficiency in tools such as 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software.

• Strong knowledge of estate law, including estate planning, trusts, and probate administration.

• Ability to draft and review complex legal documents with attention to detail.

• Excellent research and analytical skills to support case strategies.

• Familiarity with document management systems to organize and manage files efficiently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

• A valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
