Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, you will leverage data visualization tools to create impactful dashboards, reports, and scorecards that drive strategic decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with business leaders and clients while contributing to the optimization of data-driven processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop meaningful data visualizations by collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders.

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and align data solutions with organizational needs.

• Build and implement repeatable processes for deploying dashboards across multiple clients.

• Define and optimize data architecture and retrieval methods to ensure high-performance visualizations.

• Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and scorecards tailored to client requirements.

• Monitor and enhance the quality, responsiveness, and effectiveness of dashboards and reports.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and techniques in data visualization and analytics.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving business operations through data analysis.

• Occasionally travel to client locations worldwide to support project implementations. Requirements • Proficiency in Power BI for designing and managing data visualizations.

• Strong skills in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.

• Experience in creating dashboards and KPI reporting.

• Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and analysis.

• Knowledge of financial modeling principles.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
