We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join the Power Product Management team. Summary of Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join the Power Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the BCD portfolio - strengthening its roadmap, capturing product requirements, engaging with key customers and positioning our products as industry leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and propel growth through successful customer engagements.Essential Responsibilities:
+ Industry’s best-in-class roadmap: Work closely with the customer base across consumer, automotive, industrial, datacenter and communications infrastructure markets to understand their power needs, translate them into a roadmap and product requirements document.
+ Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products, positioning us as a leader in the industry. Evaluate offerings from competing foundries and IDMs and develop suitable collateral.
+ Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs, present technical features, and translate them into benefits for target applications. Drive DWINs at top target customers.
+ Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist, promoting our products through presentations, webinars and industry events. Create technical content such as white papers, case studies and technical presentations to support marketing efforts.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, product development, end markets and sales teams to define, execute and sell technologies. Design for cost to ensure cost entitlement.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Required Qualifications:
+ BSEE or another relevant technical degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, with a strong track record of technical contributions and leadership.
+ Deep subject matter expertise in specific areas such as Power technology, semiconductor design, test, EDA, IPs and end applications.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive complex projects to successful completion and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Experience in engaging with large global customers and technology partners, presenting technical features and translating them into benefits for target applications.
+ Effective communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats, with the ability to engage senior-level technical experts and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working in a globally dispersed environment with team members in multiple locations and an ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
+ An advanced degree (MSEE or MBA with marketing concentration) is preferred.
Expected Salary Range
$166,300.00 - $314,200.00
