What you’ll do as a Director

+ You will support/Direct/Monitor/Lead Project Management and Construction Operations for multiple offices.

+ You will execute assigned projects on time and under budget, to our customer’s satisfaction.

+ You will develop and implement effective construction management strategies and drive profitable growth.

+ You will implement construction activity to increase productivity and project delivery goals.

+ You will ensure high levels of performance.

+ You will ensure customer satisfaction.

+ You will manage subcontracting resources, with accountability for subcontracting compliance and quality of work performed.

+ You will perform any other job duties associated with a senior leadership role as assigned.

What you’ll need

+ You will be 18 years of age or older

+ You are authorized to work in the United States for this company

+ You have 7 years of construction management experience, preferably in cable and fiber optics.

+ You have successfully led construction, engineering and business functions at a high growth telecommunications company.

+ You have a consistent record of accomplishment within a leadership role.

+ You have proven skill in developing and coaching team members to maximize their capabilities and skills.

+ You have a undergraduate degree in Construction Management or relevant career field, years of experience in lieu will be considered.

+ Must be willing to travel domestically 50-75% of time.
