    Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be a project leader and be the primary decision maker for scope, schedule and cost. You will work with technical leaders in the team as well as people leaders to drive key technical decisions. Your primary work assignments will be that of a project engineer for hardware development projects where you will lead the hardware design, verification and validation activities for display systems, controllers, etc. for Anthem, Epic and Apex cockpits.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Lead avionics engineering teams across programs

    + Work with T4 leaders, CBT, PMO, and other leadership

    + Manage scope, cost, and schedule

    + Assess and drive achievement of projects

    + Strategy development

    + Early problem detection and course correction

    + Annual Operating Plan

    + Manage Program Metrics

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or Engineering

    WE VALUE

    + Experience leading Aerospace engineering projects and/or teams

    + Experience with hardware procurement, testing,

    + Business acumen – knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry

    + Diverse and global teaming and collaboration

    + Strong management operating system that facilitates communication

    + Understanding of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers

    + Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.

    + Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches

    + Significant experience in engineering
