    We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Pricing & Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting both pricing strategy and financial planning for federal IT proposals and contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal contracting, pricing models, and financial forecasting, with a passion for precision and collaboration.

    Key ResponsibilitiesPricing Responsibilities

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing on cost and price proposals.

    + Collaborate with Business Development and Project Managers to develop proposal budgets.

    + Analyze RFPs and related documents to extract key financial requirements.

    + Build and maintain budget templates in Excel tailored to solicitation requirements.

    + Contribute to cost narratives and pricing models for federal proposals.

    + Support all aspects of the cost volume, including modeling and documentation.

    + Participate in internal proposal reviews to ensure pricing aligns with technical solutions.

    + Perform additional pricing-related tasks as needed.

    Finance Responsibilities

    + Develop and manage financial plans and forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annually).

    + Prepare revenue projections, contract budgets, and overhead planning.

    + Perform additional finance-related tasks as needed.

    QualificationsEducation

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, or a related field.

    Experience

    + 5+ years of experience in federal IT contracting with a focus on pricing and Price-to-Win strategies.

    + Proven success in developing multi-million-dollar proposals (FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus).

    + Experience with ERP systems, especially Unanet, is preferred.

    Key Skills

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

    + Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication.

    + Expertise in pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and cost modeling.

    + Deep understanding of government contracting processes and cost structures (direct/indirect).

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

    + Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.07/hr.
