Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge, (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/locations/northridge-specialty-care) a member of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our full-time Core Faculty team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to impact the next generation of physicians while maintaining a meaningful outpatient clinical practice.
Opportunity Highlights
+ Serve as core faculty in a well-established, ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
+ 70% academic / 30% outpatient clinical role, with patient care provided through DHMG Northridge Medical Group
+ Lead and participate in resident education, clinical precepting, didactics, curriculum development, and scholarly activity
+ Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven faculty team in resident recruitment, evaluation, mentorship, and continuous program improvement

+ Practice in a community-based setting with a focus on health equity, culturally competent care, and serving a diverse patient population
What We Offer
+ Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
+ Salary Range: $280,000 - 303,000 annually
+ Sign on Bonus up to $125k
+ Relocation Assistance up to $20k

Qualifications
+ MD/DO
+ Completion of an ACGME accredited Family Medicine residency program
+ BC in Family Medicine (FM)
+ Must possess or have an ability to obtain an unrestricted California medical license prior to employment
+ Previous experience as a Faculty Family Medicine Physician is strongly preferred.
+ Effective written and oral communication skills.
+ Proficiency in word processing and communication software.
+ Knowledge of clinical practice laws, ethics, and ACGME requirements for graduate medical education.
+ Familiarity with ACGME requirements, ABFM standards, and California licensure regulations.

Pay Range
$145.78 - $145.78 /hour
