    What You’ll Be Doing:

    The Associate Director, Tech@Lilly for GERR is responsible for developing a highly engaged, high performing team, and a collaborative team culture. The role sets team objectives and is critical in collaborating with functional colleagues across Ethics and Compliance (E&C), Global Records Information Management (RIM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), as well as Tech@Lilly teams to set strategy, allocate resources, deliver innovative technology, and optimize delivery of critical technical services. The position reports directly to the Senior Director, Tech@Lilly Global Services, Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS).

    + Collaborating with Tech@Lilly enterprise teams.

    + Simplifying and optimizing operations.

    Your Basic Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    + 3+ years of prior supervisory experience in IT solution delivery.

    + Experience developing and executing transformation strategies.

    + Experience with project planning, execution, implementation, and support.

    + Experience developing budgets, forecasts and demonstrated ability to manage to financial plans.

    + Prior experience managing multi-vendor relationships.

    What You Should Bring:

    + Experience with delivering projects on the cloud (Microsoft Azure or AWS).

    + Experience working with geographically and culturally diverse teams.

    + Experience leading or influencing complex business outcomes.

    + Be a self-starter with experience driving through areas of ambiguity.

    + Experience presenting, communicating complex concepts, and influencing across varying levels of leadership and experience levels.

    + Experience delivering in a high-production, deadline driven environment.

    + Demonstrated success working effectively with external suppliers and vendors.

    + Experience in talent management.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skill.

    + General skills in employee coaching and development..

    Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

     

    $124,500 - $182,600

     

    Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
