Multi Craft Maintenance Technician $25-$36 an hour

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Sunbury, OH. You will play a crucial role in planning and maintaining both mechanical and electrical aspects of our equipment. You will work under general guidance to manage inventory control, and make recommendations to enhance group effectiveness and customer satisfaction. You should be proficient in ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and logical rationality of your work.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ Manage inventory control and propose improvement projects for processes and production lines.

+ Communicate effectively with the Planner Scheduler regarding work assignments and necessary parts.

+ Submit parts and tool requirements through material requisitions or direct inventory system entry.

+ Offer constructive suggestions to enhance equipment maintenance based on personal experience.

+ Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across the plant.

+ Commit to continuous learning to achieve multi-skilled technician status.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

+ Experience with 480V / 3-phase motors and PLC controls.

+ Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and schematic diagrams.

+ Competency in industrial maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Fanuc robotics and Japanese automotive manufacturing.

+ Skills in automation, welding, fabrication, and CNC milling/lathe operations.

+ Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook for maintenance tracking.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
