    Job Description

    This is a contract position for a CAB Engineering - CREO Trainer CAD Engineer. As a CREO Trainer and Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technical skills of our team members by delivering comprehensive training sessions on CREO. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of tools, with additional responsibilities including support for release work and completion of tasks in CAD.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct comprehensive training sessions on CREO, ensuring team members can effectively utilize the software.

    + Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content, keeping them current with the latest software updates and processes.

    + Evaluate and address training needs by assessing different departments and customizing training programs accordingly. Provide ongoing support to ensure effective CREO usage.

    + Support release work and complete tasks in CAD and other tools to ensure smooth project execution.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

    + Minimum of 8 years of experience working with CREO and CATIA, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.

    + Proficiency in CREO and CATIA, with a deep understanding of internal process tools and systems.

    + Knowledge of CAB-related components and extensive experience using surfacing tools within CREO and CATIA to create complex surfaces.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CREO and CATIA usage.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in developing and maintaining training materials.

    + Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and departmental needs.

    + Experience in engineering A-surfaces.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative setting, where you will interact with team members across various departments. The position requires a high level of technical proficiency with CAD tools, particularly CREO and CATIA, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
