    We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong commercial background and a passion for ruggedized technology to join our tight-knit, innovative team.

     

    In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of Rugged Displays, Rugged Computers, and Panel PCs for mission-critical defense applications.

     

    You’ll evaluate electrical products and components, conduct hands-on research, and apply your deep knowledge of electricity and materials to create robust, high-performance systems. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to make a direct impact, this is your opportunity.

     

    Schedule: 100% Onsite | 9/80 Work Schedule

     

    Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000

    Industry: Defense / Rugged Electronics

    + Electrical System Design & Development: Proven experience designing and developing complex electrical systems, especially for rugged or mission-critical applications.

    + Circuit Design & PCB Layout: Strong hands-on skills in circuit design and PCB layout, with at least 50% proficiency in PCB development and troubleshooting.

    + Analytical & Diagnostic Expertise: Deep understanding of electronics with the ability to debug, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently across various stages of development.

    •️ Key Responsibilities

    + Design and develop ruggedized electronic systems for defense applications.

    + Evaluate electrical components and applications through research and testing.

    + Develop and implement electrical testing methods to ensure product quality.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to production.

    + Troubleshoot and debug complex electronic systems.

    • Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Master’s a plus).

    + 15+ years of experience in electrical development (commercial welcome).

    + Proficient in circuit design and PCB layout (50%+ knowledge expected).

    + Strong understanding of electronics, diagnostics, and debugging.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple projects.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

     

    Employees are eligible for benefits after 30 days of employment.
