Job Title: Civil/Environmental Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a curious and motivated Junior Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our small, mission-driven team. This hands-on role offers exposure to all aspects of project delivery, from design to fieldwork, with direct learning opportunities from senior Cengineers. If you are eager to grow, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the design of water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure systems.
+ Support pipeline hydraulics and mechanical piping layout work.
+ Draft and review civil drawings using AutoCAD, with Civil 3D being a plus.
+ Conduct site visits and assist with field investigations.
+ Collaborate closely with senior engineers and leadership.
+ Take initiative and contribute across technical and non-technical areas.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
+ 0–5 years of experience, including internships.
+ Interest in water/wastewater systems and public infrastructure.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD or willingness to learn quickly.
+ Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.
Work Environment
The work environment is collaborative and dynamic, focusing on hands-on experience and direct mentorship from senior civil engineers. You will be engaged in both office-based design work and field investigations, providing a balanced exposure to various aspects of civil and environmental engineering projects. Dress code is business casual, and flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate project demands.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
