    Aerotek's client is looking for Inventory Specialist to join their team in the Ashburn, VA area

     

    As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of stock and supplies. You will ensure accurate record-keeping, assist with stock audits, and help maintain inventory levels. Your proficiency in computer systems and barcode scanning will be essential in performing inventory control and management tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Support the management of stock and supplies.

    + Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory data.

    + Assist with stock audits and cycle counts.

    + Maintain optimal inventory levels.

    + Utilize computer systems and RF scanners for inventory control.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in inventory control and management.

    + Experience with cycle counts and data entry.

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Ability to use barcode scanners and RF scanner systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with inventory cycle counts.

    + Proficient data entry and computer skills.

    + Knowledge of barcode scanning systems.

    Work Environment

    + You will be working in the Product Services department, which is a growing team currently consisting of around 10 individuals, with plans to expand by adding 7-8 more members. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role requires individuals to travel 25% of the time, with the expectation to be away for one week per month.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $63000.00/yr.
