This role is critical in supporting our collections and leadership teams by processing sensitive documents, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate data entry.     Key Responsibilities

    + Handle and process time-sensitive and confidential documents

    + Perform administrative duties including attorney and dispute correspondence, certified mail, copying, and filing

    + Maintain accurate data entry into internal systems to support the recovery process

    + Manage office inventory and ensure timely document handling

    + Prioritize and multitask effectively while maintaining high accuracy

    + Collaborate with team members and take initiative on individual tasks

    + Support end-of-month processing, including working on holidays or weekends if needed

    Must-Have Qualifications

    + 1+ year of data entry experience

    + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
