• Employee Relations Specialist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong foundation in employee relations and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners on employee relations (ER) matters.

    + Respond promptly and professionally to employee questions and concerns related to workplace issues.

    + Collaborate with HR team members to draft and deliver performance improvement plans, corrective action plans, and other ER documentation.

    + Partner with managers to address and resolve employee relations issues effectively and in alignment with company policies.

    + Conduct thorough investigations and interviews with employees as needed, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational standards.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Employee Relations.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

    + Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is preferred.

    Details:

    + Pay: $40/hr.

    + Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered

    + Location: Onsite – Wethersfield, CT

    + Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
