As an Operations Senior Specialist II- Sworn Documents, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. You will review operational aspects within each Center of Excellence, working closely with leaders and business partners, and focusing on detail-oriented tasks. You will also identify and develop process improvement opportunities and collaborating with internal partners across various programs. When it comes to Sworn Documents and the significant nature of the documents, you are a Specialist in your attention to detail and focusing on processes to ensure the jobs are done right and to policy because details matter and therefore, so does the work you do and the contributions you make.
Job responsibilities
+ Create and execute various sworn documents.
+ Review imaging and other source systems to determine necessary authorization for document completion.
+ Ensure completed documents are signed, witnessed, notarized under dual control, and submitted for Quality review.
+ Review all documents for accuracy and verify correct documentation is attached.
+ Maintain signing authority and adhere to the Sworn Documents policy.
+ Manage time effectively and organize tasks efficiently.
+ Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize daily tasks.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Required knowledge of Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong working knowledge of Chase Servicing / Production systems.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette.
+ Ability to organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload and operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to meet deliverables and function calmly in high-stress situations with tight timetables.
+ Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers, colleagues, peers, and other departments and think independently.
+ Effectively and professionally represent yourself, your department, and your manager, always presenting oneself as a credit to JPMorgan Chase.
+ Ability to work overtime.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Two or more years of Mortgage Banking experience
