An Associate Compensation Analyst supports the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. They assist with analytical research, data management, and program administration, while also providing support to various teams within the organization.
This position reports to the Director, Global Compensation and is based out of one of our pillar offices
As the Associate Compensation Analyst, you will have an opportunity to:
**Research and Analysis** :
Conduct market research and data analysis to inform compensation strategies, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and compensation benchmarking.
Program Support:
Assist with the execution of Total Rewards programs, including short-term and long-term incentive plans, and related reporting.
Data Management:
Maintain and update compensation databases, ensure data accuracy, and assist with system updates.
Collaboration:
Partner with Talent Business Partners, Recruitment teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for compensation-related activities.
Administration:
Support the administration of compensation programs, including annual and mid-year compensation cycles.
Communication:
Prepare training materials, presentations, and communications related to compensation programs.
You have:
• Must be a self-starter, detail-focused, results-oriented, team player, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to summarize and explain information to others.
• Highest level of integrity, ethical standards, and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Work experience in a corporate environment and 1-2 years of HR/compensation experience is preferred.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong research, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Experience or interest in learning compensation systems and databases.
• CCP Certification preferrable but not required

Pay Range:
Hourly Rate: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
