This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer an active DoD Secret security clearance.

Serco is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager that shall provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) MQ-9 Pred/Reaper support as described below in execution of its acquisition management support mission.
In this role, you will:
+ Providing advisory support for acquisition management, program planning and integration support of aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities to AFLCMC/WIII. The general areas requiring advisory/draft documentation support by the Contractor include, but are not limited to financial management, contract management, budget analysis, protocol, and interactions with foreign military partners.
+ Assist in the coordination of resources (financial, management, procurement, engineering, and logistics) and the consolidation of their inputs into common documents; assist in planning for the accomplishment of various program milestones.
+ Provide assistance in reference to security, technology transfer and disclosure (releasability, export licenses), risk management, project management, and logistics support.
+ Assist in maintaining and updating project management document, developing standard operating procedures, financial management, and developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
+ **A** **U.S. Citizenship.**
+ **An active DoD Secret security clearance**
+ A Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Science (MS) and twelve years of experience in the respective technical/ professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.
+ OR, BA/BS degree, and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
+ OR, High School Diploma twenty (20) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, eight of which must be in the DoD.
+ Up to 10% travel.
Additional desired experience and skills:
+ Experience in unmanned systems, and/or armament background
+ Defense Acquisition Certifications
