**Purpose:** The **Associate Director, Integrated Analytics – Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)** position is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights into growth opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action for the PAH portfolio (OPSUMIT®, OPSYNVI® and UPTRAVI®). This position will partner closely with cross functional brand partners and serves as an internal consultant to the Sales & Marketing team and senior leaders. This position plays a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Develop insights and actionable recommendations influencing business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making
+ Leverage disparate data sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities
+ Serve as a leader in integrating data and analytics (national, subnational, payer) with cross functional findings and insights developed by peers across the organization
+ Integrate payer data and insights into ongoing business analytics to drive a holistic view of the customer and market
+ Serve as a champion for the implementation of cross-functional capabilities to drive impact for brand or franchise and drive organizational efficiencies.
+ Identify and develop key metrics to measure and monitor performance through automated dashboards
+ Influence across cross-function stakeholders deriving recommendations against identified business opportunities
+ Provide strategic guidance through analyses & analytics to business plans, sales & brand strategies, and life cycle management
+ Champion the development and implementation of analytical approaches and methods that are innovative and examples of best practices
+ Demonstrate leadership courage to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/ high value projects
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
+ BA/BS or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree desirable
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience in marketing, finance, analytics, management consulting or related field team experience
+ Business/market experience and pharma industry knowledge to influence franchise/brand level decisions and strategies
+ Proven analytical skills and learning agility in order explore new insights and processes to drive and measure growth across the PAH portfolio
Preferred:
+ Strength in storytelling, data visualization and developing effective presentations
+ General management mindset, business acumen, strategic thinking required
+ Strong leadership agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues
+ Fluency in Tableau or PowerBI, as well as SAS, SQL, or Dataiku to work with large datasets in J&J Innovative Medicine CDP is required
+ Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required
Other:
+ This position is based in Titusville, NJ on a hybrid in-office schedule and will require up to 10% domestic travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
+ Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
