About This Role

Belle is seeking a Logistics Optimization Specialist to spearhead the development and enhancement of its national technician routing and scheduling platform ( CareLink (https://www.mymobilepracticemanager.com/) ). This role is critical in shaping scalable logistics infrastructure by configuring, testing, and improving our CareLink dispatch system, streamlining scheduling operations, and delivering analytical insights that drive efficiency and outcomes.

You'll partner with stakeholders in Operations, Product, and Engineering to build a highly reliable and intelligent dispatch function as Belle scales.

Responsibilities

System Design and Optimization

+ Configure and maintain the CareLink platform to align with Belle’s evolving service model and technician network

+ Design, test, and implement routing algorithms to minimize technician drive times and maximize appointments per 8-hour shift (APES)

+ Develop data-driven rules for technician matching, appointment slotting, and geographical coverage balancing

+ Identify, analyze, and resolve inefficiencies or system bottlenecks

+ Create documentation for system config, logic rules, and version control of changes made

+ Implement best practices, SOPs and workflows for scheduling and dispatch

Operations Coordinator

+ Optimize daily schedules

+ Coordinate with Ops to maximize technician productivity and ensure balanced workloads

+ Process schedule modifications including last-minute appointment changes and call-outs

+ Generate and distribute daily call lists for schedule teams

+ Maintain clear, real-time communication with Ops to address scheduling challenges

+ Track and report key scheduling and mileage metrics using analytical tools

+ Document and analyze schedule modification trends to improve efficiency and technician utilization

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ 2+ years experience in logistics system configuration, dispatch optimization, or field team operations

+ Experience with scheduling/routing platforms (e.g., CareLink, Salesforce Field Service, Onfleet, etc.)

+ Knowledge of route optimization techniques and best practices

+ Proven success in designing or improving scheduling logic and dispatch systems at scale

+ Proven ability to implement systems, SOPs, or process improvements

+ Project management related to process optimization, including technology integrations and process improvements

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

+ Background in mobile healthcare services, home healthcare or telehealth is a plus
