    Shift: Every Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

     

    Pay: We offer competitive pay for RNs ranging from $39.50 to $45 per hour!

    Job Duties

    + Review progress of residents living in Independent Living and make visits regularly to the residents and provides ongoing feedback to family members/significant others.

    + Evaluate residents in Independent Living who are experiencing a change in medical condition and coordinate medical support services and resources or a change in level of living as appropriate.

    + Responds to resident emergencies in their apartments and throughout the community.

    + Conduct follow-up with residents, families, care providers and other members of the team to evaluate progress, promote continuity of care and ensure service excellence.

    + Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and maintain composure under pressure

    Job Requirements

    + Must be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.

    + Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.

    + Must have current CPR certification.
