PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a **Mobile Maintenance Technician (Operating Engineer)** to service locations in **Lakewood and Lone Tree, Colorado** . In this role, your work will directly support the seamless operation of building systems that thousands rely on daily.

What You’ll Do – Day-to-Day Impact

As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping key infrastructure systems running reliably across multiple locations. You will:

+ Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Control Systems.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on facility equipment.

+ Conduct inspections, adjust readings, and calibrate systems to ensure performance standards.

+ Manage tool and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and functionality.

+ Oversee the quality and cost of work completed by external contractors.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

+ Be a flexible, multi-skilled technician, capable of working independently or within a team.

What You’ll Bring – Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ 5–7 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance

+ EPA 608 Type II Certification

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

+ Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

+ EPA 608 Universal Certification

+ Two years of trade school in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical systems

**Pay Details:** $40.71 per hour
