We are growing and our Flex Department is currently looking for an Assembly Technician.

What will you do?

+ Set up production machinery to cut flexible shafts.

+ Use small hydraulic presses to attach metal fittings to shafts.

+ Inspect products using micrometer and calipers.

Type of Machines you will be working with: Hydraulic Press, Grinder, Abrasive Saw, Weld Cutter, Winder.

Requirements:

+ Associate degree in Engineering or related field or 2 years of relevant mechanical assembly experience.

+ Mechanically inclined.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Strong math and computer skills.

Physical demands:

+ Ability to stand for up to eight hours per day.

+ Ability to move about, bend, stoop, use hands.

+ Unaided visual acuity or corrected visual acuity should be at least 20/40 in each eye at infinity (20 feet) with the ability to distinguish colors.

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
