Job Summary

Summary: As an Assistant Hospitality Manager at our prestigious country club in Banning, CA, you will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials that tell the story of our exceptional dining experience to club members. You will collaborate with the culinary team to promote dining events and special promotions, help manage catering operations and develop engaging content that enhances member engagement. This role combines creative marketing talent with hospitality expertise to elevate the member experience at our high-end country club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns that showcase our premium dining offerings and special culinary events

• Develop and maintain yearly marketing calendar and marketing plan with client input and approval

• Develop high-quality marketing materials including digital content, print collateral, and social media posts that tell the story of our distinctive dining experience

• Coordinate with the Chef and culinary team to promote seasonal menus, wine dinners, and other specialty offerings and events

• Manage the entire catering process from initial booking through final billing, ensuring exceptional member experiences

• Maintain excellent relationships with club members and serve as a liaison between members and the culinary team

• Design and distribute engaging email communications and website updates highlighting upcoming dining events and promotions

• Oversee front-of-house operations during special events to ensure seamless execution and member satisfaction

• Collaborate with management on member retention and engagement initiatives

• Analyze member feedback and participation data to refine marketing strategies and overall marketing plan

• Photograph food presentations and dining events for marketing materials

Qualifications:

+ 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or event coordination, preferably in a high-end environment

+ Strong creative skills with an eye for design and compelling storytelling

+ Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with discerning clientele

+ Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite and design software

+ Experience in restaurants, country clubs, hotels, or related premium hospitality operations

+ Associate's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

+ Portfolio of previous marketing materials or events highly valued
