    Responsibilities:

    + Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL, scan into tracking system.

    + Deliver and obtain signatures.

    + Verify accuracy of all scans and deliveries.

    + Collect outbound packages and prepare according to set guidelines releasing packages to Fed Ex and couriers.

    + Provide excellent customer service, accurately track packages, and respond to customers viaemail.

    + Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.

    + Must be computer literate, detail oriented

    Qualifications:

    + Mail room experience preferred.

    + Ability to run mail meter machine preferred.
