Quad in Burlington, WI is seeking a Part-time Shuttle Driver. This non-CDL position offers a great opportunity for those seeking a flexible role in a reliable well-established company.

About the Role

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide professional transportation services, delivering mail and packages between Quad’s Wisconsin locations and local businesses. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our internal customers through safe, timely, and efficient deliveries.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

+ Safely transport mail, supplies, reports, artwork, and materials to designated locations.

+ Complete banking and Post Office transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

+ Follow scheduled routes while accommodating special pickups as needed.

+ Effectively communicate with internal customers to coordinate transportation requests.

+ Operate company vehicles responsibly, maintaining a valid driver’s license and adhering to company safety guidelines.

Qualifications

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact across all levels of the organization.

+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

+ Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to attendance.

+ Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

+ Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record (CDL not required).

+ Previous courier or shuttle driving experience is preferred but not required.

+ Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

+ Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
