We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager/Owner to join our team. The Product Manager/Owner will drive development for product capabilities – data cataloguing, metadata and workflow management, issue management, and analytics - focusing on executing the roadmap and strategy for enterprise data governance and data management. With an outcome-first approach our core goals include driving customer satisfaction, engagement, collaboration, and adoption.
This person will partner closely with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, analytics and effectively engage multiple stakeholders across the organization. Primary Responsibilities:
+ Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for product as an enterprise platform
+ Collaborate with stakeholders (data stewards, data owners, legal, compliance, and more) to gather requirements and define use cases
+ Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
+ Prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum business value in alignment with business objectives and goals
+ Lead UAT and release management for new features and enhanced capabilities
+ Manage integrations between product and other data systems
+ Drive adoption and engagement of product across business units through enablement, training, and communication
+ Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure effectiveness and usage
+ Ensure data governance and data management policies are implemented embedded in product capabilities
+ Advocate for continuous improvement including process standardization and automation
+ Lead and manage product support and operations for different product capabilities
The successful candidate will be able to or have:
+ Proven track record with implementing product roadmaps and driving adoption.
+ A solid understanding of data lifecycle
+ Self-starter with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
+ Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
+ Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
+ 2 years of minimum experience in Product Management/Development.
+ 2 years of experience leading scrum teams with deep understanding of agile practices for product owner.
**Preferred Qualification** s
+ Prior working experience with ‘Collibra’ product
+ Prior working experience with TLM – Third Party Lifecycle Management process
+ Prior working experience with reporting/analytical applications, i.e., Power BI, Tableau.
+ Prior working experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies
+ Prior working experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally)
Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
