Delta’s Revenue Management team currently has a Transpacific
Pricing Sr. Analyst role open in Atlanta, GA to assist with the ongoing
development of Delta’s market-level Transpacific pricing strategy and analysis
of revenue performance. The primary responsibility of this position is to
identify the revenue maximizing pricing strategy for each Transpacific market
within an assigned scope while cultivating strong relationships with internal
business partners.
A Sr. Analyst in this role will leverage existing
performance tools to improve performance and identify incremental revenue
opportunities while maintaining competitive fare positioning, rules, pricing
policies, procedures, and programs for the assigned scope. They should
proactively identify opportunities to refine processes and tools, embrace
challenging analytical tasks, and possess excellent communication skills to
convey detailed analytical insights to key stakeholders through both verbal and
written channels. This position also works closely with Inventory management
and Network Planning to ensure alignment with divisional and corporate
priorities.
Primary Job Functions:
+ Ability to quickly analyze data, concisely summarizeresults, and effectively present conclusions and recommendations.
+ Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills as wellas excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Collaborate with Inventory to implement revenue-optimalstrategies, as well as partner with System Strategy on cross-commercialinitiatives.
+ Partner with Global Pricing Distribution (GPD) andEnterprise Solutions (ES) to develop and improve pricing processes, tools, andautomation.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Familiarity with Pricing systems (Sabre AirPrice, ATPCO),Sales programs, and PRM concepts is preferred, as well as proficiency inHyperion/Brio and commercial data sources (RPAD, FPS, MIDT, HFDB, etc.).
+ Candidate must seek challenging work and demonstrateproficiency independently managing complex and high-profile market scopes orprojects.
+ Candidate must have superior quantitative, analytical,leadership, and organizational skills.
+ Candidate must have strong communication and ability toinfluence, including the ability to work well with other Commercial teams andDL partners in a collaborative nature.
+ Previous Commercial project management and tool developmentexperience preferred.
+ Must have the ability to work well with others in atime-sensitive, team-focused, and results-oriented environment with minimalsupervision.
+ Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.
