About The Role:
As a CBRE Investment Sales Sr. Analyst, you will support the Florida National Retail Partners Team which specializes in exclusive representation of owners in the sale of retail properties throughout the southeastern United States. The team is seeking to add a senior real estate / financial analyst for its Miami office.
What You'll Do:
+ Draft property offering memoranda describing shopping centers, their trade areas and past and projected financial performance. Create pitch materials and marketing proposals.
+ Abstract leases and related shopping center legal documents, review financial records, create cash flow projections and valuations using Argus software and Microsoft Excel.
+ Supervise the creation of graphic materials including aerial and ground level photos and maps as well geographic information systems research and presentations.
+ Maintain data on shopping center sales and investors.
+ Create marketing reports and coordinate the process for shopping center marketing campaigns.
+ Lead all aspects of the due diligence process for transactions including facilitating and organizing information flow, answering buyer questions, arranging tenant interviews.
+ Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
+ Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet timelines.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2 years of minimum experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate Salesperson license preferred.
+ Experience in Real Estate or Finance preferred. Retail underwriting experience ideal.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is helpful.
+ Working experience with ARGUS preferred. Proficiency in valuation methods like IRR and discounted cash flow analysis is critical.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
