    What You’ll Do

    + Perform inspections and diagnose mechanical and electrical systems

    + Identify root causes of failures and complete repairs efficiently

    + Repair and replace air brake and suspension system components

    + Install and remove trailer decals as needed

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and support staff to deliver excellent service

    + Keep up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and repair methods through ongoing training

    + Assist fellow mechanics as needed

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    What We’re Looking For

    + 1-2 years experience in fleet maintenance preferred

    + Familiarity with Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) is a plus but not required

    + Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

    + Basic computer skills, especially for diagnostic software

    + Valid Driver’s License required; CDL A or B preferred but not mandatory

    + Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) for effective teamwork and reporting
