    What You’ll Do:

    As part of the Social Media Care team, you’ll be handling live customer interactions on John Deere’s Social Media platforms, email, and website. You’ll take on questions about product availability, compatibility, technical issues, and loyalty programs, ensuring excellent customer experiences while documenting interactions effectively. Your expertise will also involve monitoring social channels and approving outbound content for accuracy and quality.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    Required skills:

    + 6+ months of customer service experience.

    + Proficiency in interpersonal and written communication.

    + High comfort level with using consumer software applications.

    + Demonstrated familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

    + Ability to troubleshoot computer-related issues effectively.

    Desired skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Marketing, IT, or a closely related field.

    + Prior experience using Social Media for business purposes.

    + Knowledge of agriculture, turf equipment (mowers), and utility vehicles.

    Schedule & Structure:

    + Training: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (2–3 weeks of classroom learning + mentoring).

    + After training, shifts will be within 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., rotating monthly, with one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
