Hannah Hudson with Robert Half is in search of a Sr. Accountant to join our team based in Kingston, Washington. The chosen candidate will be a critical part of our collaborative finance team, taking charge of key accounting functions and directly reporting to the Finance Director. The role is set within a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment and offers an exciting opportunity for those who excel in such settings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting to maintain transparency and accuracy within the company

• Handle cost and inventory accounting, ensuring all processes are up-to-date and accurate

• Manage budgeting tasks, maintaining a solid understanding of the company's financial status

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP, adhering to all relevant standards and regulations

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations to maintain financial order

• Maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and current

• Prepare Journal Entries, ensuring they correctly reflect the company's financial transactions

• Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Conduct Month End Close activities in a timely and efficient manner

• Use NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP software to streamline accounting activities.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation is a must.

• Experience in balance sheet reconciliation is required.

• Must have the ability to perform bank reconciliations.

• Familiarity with general ledger management is necessary.

• Capable of preparing and maintaining journal entries.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with month-end close procedures is required.

• Knowledge and experience in using NetSuite is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle is desirable.

• Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
