Join one of the most respected and well-established law firms in San Diego, known for its sophisticated litigation practice and commitment to excellence. We’re seeking a driven and strategic Litigation Attorney to join our client on a contract-to-hire basis in a prime downtown location.

What You’ll Do:

+ Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial

+ Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and manage discovery

+ Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients

+ Appear in court and handle hearings, arbitrations, and mediations

+ Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across practice groups

Requirements

Requirements:

+ J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership

+ 3–7 years of litigation experience (commercial, business, or civil preferred)

+ Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

+ Confident courtroom presence and experience with trial preparation

+ Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently

+ Team player with a commitment to high-quality legal work and client service
