Description We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead and oversee all aspects of technology operations within our organization. This long-term contract position is based in Culver City, California, and offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic IT initiatives while managing critical systems and resources. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Cisco and Cloud technologies, coupled with expertise in ERP solutions and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Cisco and Cloud technologies.

• Lead the administration and deployment of ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage CRM systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

• Establish robust backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.

• Supervise the maintenance and upgrades of computer hardware and infrastructure.

• Ensure effective deskside support for end users to address technical issues promptly.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors and service providers.

• Drive technology deployments and upgrades while minimizing disruptions.

• Monitor IT systems to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. Requirements • Proven experience as an IT Director or similar leadership role.

• Extensive knowledge of Cisco technologies and Cloud-based solutions.

• Hands-on expertise in ERP systems and CRM platforms.

• Strong understanding of backup technologies and disaster recovery planning.

• Familiarity with computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ability to manage vendor contracts and service agreements effectively.

• Demonstrated success in leading technology deployments and upgrades.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide deskside support.
