This role involves providing critical support in managing corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance, and assisting with contract review and negotiations. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in corporate law and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support the preparation of contracts and other corporate documents.

• Assist with the review, drafting, and negotiation of legal agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and properly cataloged.

• Provide support in all egal matters, including contracts, compliance and other legal issues.

• Analyze relevant laws, regulations and case precedents to assist with legal decisions.

• Assist in the negotiation of contracts.

• Track and monitor deadlines for legal and compliance tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Assist in the maintenance and organization of corporate entities and regulatory filings.

• Stay current on applicable laws and regulations relevant to the ministry's operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal from a law firm or in-house legal department

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must possess an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate contracts with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with corporate communications and regulatory paperwork.

• Must be able to draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

• Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal practices and appreciation for this Company's Christian mission.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse team members.
