Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll tax management, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with state and unemployment agencies to address payroll tax account matters.

• Oversee payroll tax processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Establish and maintain accurate payroll accounts to stay up-to-date.

• Submit check requests to the finance department when necessary for payments.

• Set up and manage online payroll-related accounts for streamlined processes. Requirements • Proficiency in payroll tax management and related administrative tasks.

• Experience with accounting software systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Strong understanding of payroll functions, including benefit and auditing processes.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills for handling multiple priorities.
