We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our dynamic attorneys in Newport Beach on a contract basis. This is a rare opportunity to work on complex cases in a fast-paced, professional environment with a firm that truly values its people.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from inception to trial

    + Prepare and manage discovery, subpoenas, and document production

    + Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

    + Organize and maintain case files and trial binders

    + Coordinate depositions, hearings, and court filings

    + Conduct legal and factual research

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm setting preferred)

    + Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program

    + Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures

    + Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software (e.g., Relativity, CaseMap, Trial Director)

    + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
