In this role, you will engage directly with clients, helping families access essential childcare resources through an innovative program.     Hours and Benefits for the Program Enrollment Specialist:

    + Monday-Friday, 35hrs a week

    + $50,000 – $54,000 a year depending on experience

    + Benefits Package:

    + Company paid medical, dental, & vision insurance

    + 403(B) with 6% company contribution

    + Tuition Reimbursement

    Responsibilities for the Program Enrollment Specialist:

    + Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Child Care Scholarship Program, including qualifications and enrollment processes.

    + Screen families for eligibility, guide them through the application process, and ensure accurate documentation.

    + Verify provider information, support their program enrollment, and respond to inquiries.

    + Maintain accurate records of all communications and respond to program inquires promptly.

    + Assist in annual recertification, develop strong relationships with providers, and support outreach and educational incentives.

    Requirements for the Program Enrollment Specialist:

    + 2+ years of experience in an administrative role

    + Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
