Description Robert Half is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lease Administration Project Manager to join the dynamic real estate team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial lease administration projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lease management, project execution, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lease Administration Oversight: Manage the ongoing administration of commercial leases, including rent payments, lease renewals, and compliance with lease terms Maintain accurate lease data, including critical dates, financial terms, and obligations, using appropriate software and systems Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee lease-related projects, such as system implementations, audits, or transitions Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements Minimize risk by monitoring lease obligations, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Review and analyze lease terms to assess financial implications and identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on lease performance, obligations, and critical data for decision-making Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, property management, and external partners. Serve as the central point of contact for all lease administration matters. Technology Utilization: Leverage lease administration software and tools to manage workflows, track milestones, and ensure accuracy. Recommend process improvements and technology updates to enhance operational efficiency Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to entry level staff involved in lease administration or project support. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in commercial lease administration, property management, or real estate project management. Strong knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and real estate industry best practices. Proficiency in lease management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
