    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager with expertise in payroll administration for ongoing opportunities. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations to ensure smooth processes related to payroll, compliance, employee relations, and talent management. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative demeanor to support employee needs and organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Payroll Administration:

    + Oversee and manage payroll processes using ADP to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

    + Process employee pay cycles, including managing deductions, taxes, and benefits contributions.

    + Address payroll discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution.

    + HR Operations:

    + Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labor laws.

    + Maintain and manage employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ensuring the accuracy of data inputs and updates.

    + Employee Relations:

    + Foster a positive workplace environment by serving as a liaison between employees and management.

    + Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

    + Talent Management and Development:

    + Support the implementation of professional development programs, including upskilling and reskilling initiatives to address skills gaps.

    + Manage talent acquisition and onboarding processes in alignment with organizational needs.

    + Compliance and Reporting:

    + Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

    + Prepare reports related to HR and payroll operations, providing insights to management teams.

    Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    + years of proven HR experience, including payroll management using ADP or other payroll systems.

    + Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll tax regulations, and HR compliance standards.

    + Proficiency in HR tools such as HRIS, Workday, or Concur is highly desirable.

    + Certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, or HRIP are a plus.
